Concentration

Concentration is an extrovert activity where the life energy is spent, while meditation is apperceptive in nature where life energy is conserved and accumulated. During concentration, however powerful it may be, the physical transformation of soul is still going on; the life energy is still being converted and consumed. During meditation there is no such activity.
