Harmony between body and life


         To maintain harmony between body and life, we have to maintain the quality, quantity and circulation of air, heat and blood by following certain principles in food, work, rest, sex and use of thought force. These five should not be over indulged or neglected. By the ignorance of law of Nature or by the emotions caused by the sensual attractions we do not deal with these five properly. So the quality, quantity and circulation of air, heat and blood get disturbed. So the harmony between the body and life gets disturbed.
