        Thought, word and deed these three are the activities of man. Whatever the activity may be, it has its own result. According to the time, place and object of contact any action will give a result. It is the law of Nature. So, if you act, speak and think, there is an effect. That result, if it results in pain to self or others, at present or in future, to the body or mind, it is sin. This is the common formula.
