Whenever mind concentrates intensely on any object it gets attuned to the level of that object and transforms into the object. This is called as the intermingling of life force. At this level we respect that object, develop acquaintance with it and tend to utilize it's power for our benefit. This concept underlies our prayers offered to the God. In the Hindu culture, this method is referred to as “Mantra, Tantra and Yantra”.
Mantra is developing the life force, the mind power - so that it gains acuteness and swiftness.
The capacity of the mind is raised to the maximum extent. We achieve this in SKY system through Meditation. When the life force, rather than expanding as mind, focuses on the self and goes beyond to the state of origin - the divine state and returns back, it gains purity along with strength and strength along with purity. There is no impurity in the divine state and there is nothing more powerful than it. So when the life force intermingles with the divine state and returns, it naturally gains the purity and strength. This is Mantra.
Vibrations arise when pronouncing syllables. Each vibration produces a change in the life force. Hence each syllable has a quality. This has been calculated accurately. There are some syllables which are powerful and are termed as Beejakshara. In present days, mantra is restricted to the sense of pronouncing beejaksharas and increasing the power of the life force through it.
When the mind becomes pure there is no need to chant mantras. Yes. When a mind is purified the mind becomes the mantra. There is no need to chant it. SKY practices are aimed at purifying the mind.
