God in Practical Life

So much for the past, now we are in the scientific age. The entire Globe has been charted and mapped, transport facilities have penetrated into the remotest Polar Regions even and rapid means of communication evolved and established. Whatever principle of living is found beneficial in one country or group of people can easily be transplanted elsewhere. Why then should so many religions be still there, perpetuating conflicts and putting groups of men on collision course? This is a hangover from the past and shows how hard it is for the mind of man to outgrow conditionings inherited through generations. Should not some endeavor be made to strike a blow for the freedom of the intellect, of the spirit?
